How to get involved

Host Homes offer shelter and hospitality to refugees for the first 7-10 days that they are in the United States. Host Homes meet refugees at SeaTac Airport with World Relief staff; they are the first people refugees meet in in their new home cities! Host Homes introduce refugees to the complexities of American life, from using showers and flush toliets to washing machines and electric stoves. Host Homes answer refugees' endless questions aout their new lives, but they also share meals with them, and show them around the greater Seattle area. By opening their doors, Host Homes share the welcoming love of Christ.
