Refugee Resettlement Internship

The purpose of the Refugee Resettlement Internship Program is to prepare young Christians for cross-cultural ministry and work, advocacy for the underserved and underprivileged, and a life of Christian hospitality.

World Relief Interns gain professional casework skills and a greater understanding of global refugee issues through direct-service to refugees and frequent internship trainings and debriefing sessions with World Relief staff.

The World Relief Seattle's Internship Program is a competitive program that accepts students and recent graduates from universities all over the United States. We select applicants who demonstrate excellence in service and study, and a desire to serve Christ through ministry to refugees.  World Relief Seattle accepts internship applicants from all fields of study.  Internship alumni have completed undergraduate degrees in Social Work, International Studies, Sociology, English, Urban Ministry, Business, and World Religions.

World Relief Seattle interns have represented the following colleges and universities: Seattle Pacific University, the University of Washington, Wheaton College, Northwestern College, Nyack College, Pepperdine University, and Georgetown University.
